Release time: 2023/03/10

To thoroughly study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fully leverage the advantages of joint Party building, integrate high-quality resources from both the university and the enterprise, and carry out all-round, multi-sectoral, and in-depth collaborative efforts, we are forging a new pattern of Party building characterized by co-construction and shared benefits, mutual learning and complementarity, and the dual integration and mutual promotion of Party work and business operations. On March 10, our company hosted the ceremony for the establishment of a university-enterprise joint Party-building community with the School of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering at Taizhou University, as well as the award presentation for the “Rongyao Bio” Scholarship.

Prior to the commencement of the ceremony, representatives from the university and the enterprise engaged in an in-depth briefing and exchange on their respective development progress. It was hoped that, by strengthening the organizational foundation, enhancing the quality of the workforce, and expanding channels for exchange, the standardized and normative development of Party organizations at both the university and the enterprise could be deepened, thereby comprehensively improving the effectiveness of joint efforts and fostering a community of Party building through collaborative initiatives between the two institutions.
At the meeting, the two parties signed the “Joint Party-Building Community Agreement between the University and the Enterprise,” which stipulates that they will continuously refine the mechanisms for joint party building, regular exchanges and communication, complementary talent resources, and collaborative research and problem-solving, thereby providing all-round support for the high-quality development of Taizhou’s medical and chemical industry.
Subsequently, our company held the “Rongyao Bio” Scholarship Award Ceremony, aimed at inspiring students in the medical and chemical sciences to cultivate an excellent academic ethos, uphold sound values, achieve outstanding academic results to pave the way for a bright future, and strive to realize their life goals.
Chairman Chen Ren’er accompanied Vice President Wang Zheng and other university representatives on a tour of Honor’s Party-building Activity Center and its research laboratories, among other facilities. During the visit, they gained an in-depth understanding of our company’s corporate culture, which is characterized by the pursuit of excellence, continuous improvement, moral integrity and benevolence, and the striving for perfection.
Our company specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of veterinary APIs and formulations, as well as pharmaceutical APIs and intermediates. We have established several research and talent-development platforms, including a provincial-level enterprise research institute, a provincial-level technology center for small and medium-sized enterprises, and a national postdoctoral workstation (sub-station). As early as 2011, the School of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Chemical Technology co-established with our company the Key Teaching and Practice Base of Taizhou University, where nearly 200 students majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Chemical Engineering undertake internships and observational training each year.

In his concluding remarks, Vice President Wang Zheng expressed gratitude for Honor’s contributions to the university’s talent development and platform building, and voiced the hope that the establishment of today’s joint Party-building community between the university and the company will further advance collaborative development between Honor and the School of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering at Taizhou University. He called for the forging of a new chapter in university–enterprise cooperation characterized by “joint Party building, shared talent cultivation, common prosperity through industry, shared cultural enrichment, and win-win development.”
