RONGYAO BIOTECH

Apply New Thought to Make Contributions in the New Era

Release time: 2023/07/15

To continuously and thoroughly study the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, carry forward the red revolutionary spirit, promote fine revolutionary traditions, and enhance the sense of responsibility and mission among Party members, on July 15, 2023, all Party members and prospective members of the Party branch of Zhejiang Rongyao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. visited the Yongjia Red Thirteenth Army Education Base to conduct a July-themed Party Day activity entitled “Study and Apply New Ideas, Make Contributions in the New Era.”
At the outset of the event, a thematic meeting was held to discuss the conversion of Comrade Zhu Mingben from a probationary party member to a full member. Based on the results of the secret ballot conducted by all members of the Party branch of Rongyao Biotechnology, the motion was unanimously approved. Congratulations to Comrade Zhu Mingben on becoming a full Party member!
It is the height of the “Sanfu” period, with scorching heat radiating from the sweltering outdoors. Under the leadership of Comrade Luo Kun, the deputy secretary, all Party members raised their right hands and solemnly recited the Party membership oath.
Led by the base’s docents, we visited the Monument to the 13th Red Army to pay our respects and observe a moment of silence, engaging in “immersive” hands-on learning that ensures Party history education truly takes root in our minds and hearts.
With hearts full of reverence, we entered the memorial hall, where the first sight that met our eyes was the statues of the seven principal leaders and distinguished figures of the 13th Red Army.
Under the guided explanation of the docents, we studied the glorious deeds of revolutionary martyrs such as Hu Gongmian, Jin Guanzhen, and Chen Wenjie, and gained a thorough understanding of the Red Thirteenth Army’s founding background, establishment process, combat history, and anti-encirclement struggles. Everyone was deeply moved by the indomitable revolutionary spirit of the older generation of revolutionaries.
We honor the past and keep firmly in mind the weighty instructions of our forebears; looking to the future, we will write a new chapter for the Party flag. Following our visit to the Memorial Hall of the Red Thirteenth Army, we embarked on a team-building activity for Party members at Honor Company.

To begin, we organized a dry-land curling competition, in which all Party members and active participants from the company were divided into four teams to compete. As proud members of the Honor Group, we are united as a blazing fire when together and scattered like countless stars across the sky; even though we were assigned to different teams, we pressed forward with the same unwavering courage as the great revolutionary martyrs who tirelessly forged ahead in the past.
Curling is a highly safe, team-based sport that effectively cultivates our Party members’ logical and analytical skills, as well as their teamwork and leadership abilities.
The playing field is ever-changing; in every match, each player must embrace change, welcome it, gradually steer it, and even create it—otherwise, they will sadly be eliminated.
Secondly, there will be a fun frisbee-throwing competition conducted in small groups. Through this game, participants can enhance their physical coordination, flexibility, and reaction time, while also fostering teamwork and communication skills among team members.
These two innovative team-building activities—dry-land curling and frisbee—have provided all members of our Party branch with a more liberating, open, and inspiring experiential development opportunity. They have also enriched our team-building efforts, introducing us to trendy sports, a healthy lifestyle, and high-performance work, while further enhancing our teamwork, strategic consensus, and mutual understanding and acceptance.
Red history is both weighty and magnificent; following the long river of time, we have journeyed along its course. As Party members, we must remember history, but even more importantly, we must stride forward to embrace a brilliant future. All members of the Party branch participated in engaging activities such as fun check-ins at scenic spots, creative photo shoots, and original video productions, making this Party Day event all the more enriching and exciting.
Through this themed Party Day activity, all members of the Glory Bio Party Branch received profound education in the revolutionary spirit and in strengthening their Party character. Moving forward, we will carry forward the revolutionary spirit, steadfastly uphold our ideals and convictions, perform our duties to the best of our ability, and make due contributions to the development of our enterprise.
